- The offset joint adds positive caster, supporting steering feel and dynamic camber gain as the wheels turn.
- Can help re-centre the wheel in the arch when caster-adjustable top mounts move it towards the liner.
- Allows the installer to coordinate bush orientation and top-mount caster instead of relying on the top mount alone.
