Spool Performance Billet Manifold Gen 1 B58 540i Top-Mount Turbo Kit is the G30-specific version of Spool's 5-axis billet-manifold turbo system.

Turbo selector: Spool IFX-900 or IFX-1050, both water-cooled ceramic-ball-bearing units with supplier lifetime warranty.

Additional selectors: optional high-side catch can and Spool's four current coating configurations.

Supplier specification & ordering notes

Five-axis-machined billet-steel manifold with short flow paths and a single 45 mm Turbosmart wastegate.
The current supplier choices are water-cooled, ball-bearing IFX-900 or IFX-1050 turbochargers. Select the corresponding MLAB variant.
The supplier lists 304 stainless downpipe and wastegate dump pipe with clamps; aluminium lower charge pipe; silicone coupler; oil and water connections; T4 hardware; and boost-control lines/fittings.
The boost-control solenoid is excluded. Catch-can equipment, coatings, upper charge pipe and PCV accessories are optional unless explicitly selected.
