Build your BMW S54B32 3.2L rotating assembly around a Diamond 6-piston forged kit. Specify the finished bore, crown volume and gudgeon pins to suit your measured engine, fuel and intended use.

Precision in the details

2618 forged aluminium with a full-round forging profile.
3D-machined crowns, offset pins, moly-coated skirts and side gas ports.
Enlarged valve pockets accommodate larger-than-standard valves. Clearance must be checked with the actual heads and camshafts.
The listed 1.0 mm / 1.2 mm / 2.8 mm ring set, gudgeon pins and retainers are included.
Top compression ring positioned 0.365 in below the crown.

Fitment and engine preparation

For the S54B32 engine. Nominal ratios depend on the measured head, deck and head gasket.

Catalogue bores are finished cylinder-bore sizes. The finished compression ratio depends on chamber volume, deck clearance and compressed head-gasket thickness. Have your engine builder verify piston-to-wall clearance, ring gaps, pin fit and piston-to-valve clearance using the supplied Diamond instructions before machining or assembly.
