Spool Stage 3 DIY Low-Pressure Fuel Pump Kit is the dedicated G30 540i B58 version of Spool's secondary-pump low-side fuel upgrade.
- Drop-in secondary fuel-pump solution with no cutting of the factory fuel bucket
- Proprietary bracket system matched to the BMW fuel-tank configuration
- Designed for high-output gasoline and E85 combinations
- Includes pump mounting hardware and activation-harness hardware
Pump selector: Walbro 450 or Walbro 525.
Activation selector: Ground Activation / ReFlex Flying Lead, Ground + Power Activation / ReFlex Plug N Play / Rev2 BM3, or Spool Hobbs Switch.
Important: BMW uses different fuel-tank designs across G-chassis vehicles. Provide the vehicle year/model or VIN so the correct mounting bracket can be supplied.
Spool also offers a pre-drilled OEM top hat and Holley Hydramat by request; these are not standard storefront selector options and are therefore not included in this listing's variants.

Supplier specification & ordering notes
- Provide the vehicle year, model and VIN so the correct fuel-tank bracket can be supplied. G-chassis tank layouts vary.
- The supplier’s three-piece bracket fits the factory tank assembly without cutting or drilling the fuel bucket. A pre-drilled top hat is a separate optional item.
- Choose the harness for the controller: 10 psi Hobbs activation; Reflex power-and-ground activation; or Reflex Aux 2 ground-trigger/flying-lead wiring. Verify polarity with the installer.
- Walbro 450 and 525 pump configurations are listed. Spool recommends PWM control with the higher-current 525 to avoid overloading a conventional relay, particularly in hot conditions.
- A Holley Hydramat pickup is a separate supplier option for sustained cornering and low-fuel use. Confirm MLAB availability and AUD pricing before ordering add-ons.
