5. Advanced TIG Welding for Durability

Each assembly is TIG-welded under full argon shielding to prevent oxidation and ensure dense, smooth welds inside and out.
All weld seams undergo ultrasonic and non-destructive testing (NDT) to verify structural integrity. The inner welds are polished for uninterrupted airflow and reduced turbulence essential for maintaining stable boost control at high load.
